1. Why must I be a local customer to buy my balloons already filled with helium?
Filled balloons are very fragile. Sharp objects and even sudden changes in temperature can cause the balloons to pop. There would be no way of guaranteeing the safe shipping of your filled balloons.

2. How long is the rental period for costumes at Ballard's Novelty?
Costumes can be rented for generally 2-3 days.

We are most busiest during the weeks before Halloween.
